If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any first purchase of Wu Jin San, Wu Jin San-Z, Fauna Mana or Lithicin within 30 days of purchase for either a full or pro-rated refund.
The Mayu Swirl can be returned in undamaged condition within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping charges. There is a 2-year limited manufacturer’s warranty on the Mayu Swirl for faulty material or workmanship. This warranty is only available to the original consumer, on a product purchased through an authorized channel or retailer, and with proof of purchase.
There is a 60-day money back guarantee on all Vortex Water Revitalizer plumbing fixtures as long as the unit is undamaged. If the unit is damaged, other than in shipment, a return will not be accepted. There is a 10-year limited warranty on all Vortex Water pipe materials.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping, handling, and/or insurance charges for both the shipment or the return are nonrefundable. CODs for shipping on returned products will not be accepted. Refunds can only be applied to the credit card numbers charged; no exceptions. Mana Life will pay the shipping on a product replacement.
If delivery is refused on any valid product order, we do not refund the purchase unless there are extenuating circumstances, which you must discuss with us either by phone or email communication.
Replacement of Items that freeze and break the seal and/or the container.
During times of colder weather, there is a small chance that liquid Wu Jin San or Wu Jin San-Z products may freeze. This will not affect product quality. Usually, the bottles do not split when frozen but it is possible. Unless you specifically request it, packages are not insured for any loss or damage due to freezing, splitting, or leakage of bottles, and will not be replaced.
If you do not want to take this chance, please wait to order liquids until after any freezing weather has passed. We are also mindful of weather conditions and do not ship when there is a high likelihood of the product freezing in transport. Items that are damaged in shipment from causes other than freezing, with leakage of contents, will be replaced at no charge. We ask for pictures to confirm the damage.
